You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This beautifully renovated apartment on the first floor is waiting for you! Conveniently located close to everything: Downtown, the I-295, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies, Walmart, Lowes, and more! Very quiet neighborhood. You will have 2 private balconies to enjoy your morning coffee while you listen to the birds singing. Huge backyard and parking lot. This is a little oasis in the middle of the city.

The guests will have access to the whole apartment, parking lot, and backyard. There is a swing set in the backyard, in the unit next door. That set belongs to one of the tenants, and it's off-limits. Please do not trespass on the tenant's property. The parking lot has a capacity of 2 cars per unit. If you bring more than 2 cars, please park any extra car on the grass area at the end of the parking lot. Thank you.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. There is little traffic, even though is so close to a principal avenue. You will be 1 minute away from Little Ceasar, Bojangles, Dollar Tree, Dunkin' Donuts, and more. About 8 minutes away from downtown Fayetteville, 12 minutes from Skibo, 9 minutes away from the I-295, right the middle of everything!
-Quiet time hours are from 10pm to 7am
-Guest agrees to pay a $350 fee for Unauthorized Parties/events and guest will be requested to vacate the premises immediately.
-No smoking of any sort inside of the house. Guest agrees to pay a $300 fee if they smoke in the house.
-NO PETS ALLOWED. You will be charged a $250 fee if you bring a pet.
-In order to use the ping-pong table you can move the coffee table that is on the living room. After you finish playing please put everything back as it is found. -Please return all game pieces to their respectful areas/boxes.
-Self check-in with smartlock.
-A fee will be assessed per broken or missing item.
-Illegal and unauthorized activities will get you removed from the property without refund.
-Do not put food inside of the dishwasher or the drains. No feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper is to be flushed.
-We have two outside security cameras, one the front and one on the back exterior of the home, that covers the main entrance, backyard and the street. The camera records video and audio 24/7.
