Enjoy your time in Lake Okoboji in this family-friendly home in Bridges Bay. At 2,140 sq. ft, this home is one of the largest homes in the Bridges Bay area. It features 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an open floor plan kitchen/living area, and a basement with a second large living room. There are also several games and kids' toys available for use that all ages can enjoy. While the kids are playing, the adults can enjoy the ambiance of the gas firepit on the back deck. Also available are a gas grill and Blackstone grill.

The spacious attached two-car garage is equipped with all the necessities to enjoy a fun, family-filled weekend including a Bob stroller, wagon, trikes, and cornhole set. There is also a full-sized Maytag washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets included. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your necessary spices, oils, cooking sprays, coffee maker, pots, pans, crockpot, blender, and more. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed. No bachelor or bachelorette, or large, loud parties please. Parking available in garage and driveway, no street parking. Boat parking is across the street (south) from the basketball courts.
