Located in New Haven's Morris Cove, this house shows the history of New Haven. The house boasts updated everything: lights, electrical, painting, and new kitchen. It also has a fireplace, sunroom, and a firepit in the rear yard. The place is tastefully decorated with images of New Haven's historic places and landmarks. The space: 3 bedroom house. Two bedrooms have a queen bed in each bedroom (Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd rooms). Third bedroom (Star wars themed room) has two twin beds. 1.5 baths, full, brand new, newly updated kitchen. The basement has a full wash room. The basement also has the Retro Room. Retro room has two gaming chairs, a Nintendo re-release, Playstation release, and an old school Ms. Pacman arcade machine. The room can be lit with a Pacman neon light. Adjacent to the Retro Room is a full wash room with a washer and dryer.
Guest access: All spaces except the mechanical room, storage closet, garage, and attic.
Close by: Light house park is a five minute drive, Fort Nathan Hale Park is a three minute drive, Hannah's Dream (kids playscape and park) is on the other side of the block. That area also has a nice field for walking dogs. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly people.
