Summary: The only reason it wasn't 5 out of 5 for everything is that I didn't realize the owner also had living quarters in the basement. They did not stay there during our stay, but I only found this out when I arrived and read through the Welcome packet. I prefer to stay at places without owner around. HOWEVER, I would stay their again and again, but only if checking with owner first.
