Features include an open floor plan, granite countertops in the kitchen and both full baths! The master bedroom with large walk-in closet and soaking tub, along with two additional bedrooms and the laundry room are situated on the 2nd floor. Community Pool and Play Park. Near Charleston Naval Base, Charleston Southern University, Trident Hospital, and 20 minutes from downtown historical Charleston and the beaches!

Upstairs master bedroom suite is spacious with king sized bed, large walk-in closet and deep soaking tub /shower in master bathroom and a small study desk. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and TV. Bedroom #3 has a single bed and TV. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Shared hallway bathroom and laundry room on 2nd floor. Sleeper sofa in den downstairs. Dining room, kitchen and den in an open floor plan. 1/2 bathroom on the 1st floor. Hallway access to attached garage. Guests will have access to community pool and community play park.
