Positive: The kitchen was decent. It just needs more stools or a small table.it was convenient to downtown and the Wharf. It has a washer/dryer
Negative: The bathroom sink needs a plumber upstairs. The bathtub needs a new faucet and should be resurfaced.. They need a better cleaning service the base boards were dirty. The backyard needs to be fenced in, in the back. Yard not pet friendly. Some issues with bugs so they should have a routine exterminator. Grass needs to be cut. The floor boards on the first floor need fixing. Some are sinking and some popped up which caused a lot of tripping and my daughter almost sprained her ankle and not ideal for someone with extremely bad knees as myself. One of the cabinet handles kept falling off. I deally we would not stay there again
