Summary: My husband needed to be close by UF Health Shands hospital for clinicals and this property was walking distance. During the first day, which was so easy to check-in, the owner thoughtfully dropped off extra towels and sheets due to the longer stay. He even came back with hangers too. I know that this may be small, but it was very kind and proactive. Everything was great: we utilized the kitchen almost every day, showers were hot, and the noise was minimal around us. I would recommend this property for short/long stays.
