Summary: This is a really nice place. Bed linens were dirty. And a bed is the most important part of my stay. The baseboards needed dusting badly. There is a scent that we believe was coming from the air vents that got mine and my sons allergies acting up. He has asthma too. Nobody communicated with us via the app since the day before our arrival so I had to call about the linens. I was told how to get other linens out but they too appeared to be dirty. A pillow was so stained it was disgusting. They need to be laundered or replaced. The owner did refund my full stay which I very much appreciated. It is evident he wants the place to be nice but perhaps he lacks the time or oversight to do so. I can’t explain why I had so much trouble in contacting him before and during my stay. With fixing the linens and deep cleaning issue this home would be an amazing place to stay. Super quiet neighborhood. And they decorated the place nicely. Could use a few more kitchen items (oil, labeled, disposal, etc.) but otherwise the kitchen is a plus. The refrigerator is really unique.
