Positive: The location was good and the hotel was quiet

Negative: Paid more for a king room with 3 still available on the site just to be put in a double queen. Upon telling the front desk about the mix up they informed me they had no kings available and my only options would be to find another hotel at 4:00 the day of my stay or just accept the downgraded room. Wasn’t worth waiting for a refund and finding a new hotel so we stayed hoping that would be the last of our issues. Set the AC at 74 before leaving for dinner and when we came back the room was 68 and the air was still blasting. Tried to take a shower just to realize the drain plug did not stay up at all and I had to manually hold it open to drain and keep the bathtub from filling. The bathroom itself was pretty clean but the shower is in desperate need of repairs or updates. Im amazed this place has so many good reviews its not only the most expensive but also most disappointing hotel stay ive had in a long time.
