Summary: Be advised that they rent out the pool from 3pm-8pm for private swim lessons and the pool is closed. Our family spent the day at the zoo and was excited to swim when we got to hotel. We were very disappointed that it was closed. Both days we stayed. Tv apps didn’t work. And there was no children’s channels on tv. We were hoping to have a movie night since pool was closed. We were unable to watch on the tv. When we clicked on internet tv. Screen just went black. Their “store” was not stocked. A few chips. And stuff for laundry or Advil. Breakfast is not included in your stay. Food is pricey and was burnt and crumbled into small pieces. Over all not family friendly with pool closed during day. ( pool should be available for paying guest). No hot tub. No kids channels on tv. It’s set up for more of business stays instead of families. Some good was beds were comfy. Shower was hot.
