This large, bright and spacious studio, located in a charming area of Courbevoie, offers excellent luxurious and stylish qualities and features. Very well laid out, the apartment offers an entrance hall with a large cupboard, a beautiful living room with a dressing room and a lovely WEST-facing view over the private green area of the residence. The living room features a comfortable TV area with a convertible sofa (160 cm * 200 cm with 50 kg/m3 and 17 cm width, one of the most comfortable ever) a low table which can be converted on a dining table for 2 person. A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine with a dryer, an oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, a toster and all the equipment you need to enjoy your stay in Paris area. The apartment has a modern marble bathroom with grohe warm brushed rainshower system and all grohe cupper faucets.
