Located in Burlington, a short drive from Toronto, this private and exclusive 10 acre wonderland features a 3500 square foot Italianate style country home + beautifully manicured barn with exposed hand hewn beams. The stunning hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and open concept design add to the charm of this beautiful and spacious location.

Country home with 3 storeys, back, front & side yards, restored barn, finished basement, 4 bedrooms + 2 spacious window day beds, exposed brick and beams, cottage like setting, rear deck, electric entrance gates, long driveway, entire property is fenced, 8 acre field, fire pit, stone fireplace, hardwood floors, open concept kitchen and living room, picnic area, front entrance pillars, 7 minute drive to lakeshore and Lake Ontario and 35 minutes west of Toronto.
Surveillance: This property has surveillance cameras at the front gates, external front entrance door, and external side entrance door. This is an added protection and security for our guests. Stickers are also placed outside these areas stating: “Notice Security Cameras In Use”.
Water: This property is on well water. It is filtered and passed through a whole home water softener. Completely safe for washing dishes, bathing or showering. However, not recommended for drinking. We recommend the use of the reverse osmosis tap, to the right of the main kitchen faucet, for washing vegetables/boiling water and water bottles for drinking.
Cottage like setting on the escarpment that is minutes from shops, restaurants, downtown Burlington, and Lake Ontario. Backs onto the Bruce Trail which is Canada's oldest and longest footpath. A truly magical property. The grounds are completely fenced and gated!
