A country house of 450sqm totally renoveted situated in Salci, with 3000sqm of garden and a big infinity edge swimmingpool, the house is situated in the border between the Umbria and the Tuscany regions, a few km from beautiful places like San Casciano dei Bagni and Città della Pieve.
The country house is divided into two places: The patronal house of 210sqm that have two floors and the depandance.
Ground Floor of patronal house: There are two entrances, one from the kitchen that is fully equipped with dishwasher and everything you could need to make a fantastic meal! And one from the living room that is very big with a wood fireplace and a lot of sofa where relax with friends or family, there is one guest bathroom at the same floor and a Studio room where is a TV with satellitar cable and DVD player, a stereo, a library and a sofa to watch in relax the TV or read a book.
In front of the stairs leading to the upper floor there is a little room where is a desk if you need to work too.
First floor: There are two big bedroom, all furnished with TV, wardrobe, and a private complete bathroom with a big shower.
In front of the doors of the two rooms there is a relax area with a sofa and another and bigger wood fireplace. From this area it is possible to access to the external stairs that will take you directly to the garden and to the swimming pool.
Depandance: The depandance of 100sqm is in front of the patronal house and is all in the same floor. There are 5 big rooms fully furnished with TV, wardrobe and a private complete bathroom. All the rooms have a private access and they all have in front of them a big lunch area with a big table for 14 people and a beautiful wood oven to make pizza and a barbeque to eat outside.
Garden: There is a land of 1.7 hectares, with 350 olive trees where you can do a special walk in the nature. There is a lot of fun activities to do too, like the ping pong, a field of bowls, a game of water polo in the swimming pool, table games, and if you love animals you will have the possibility to see our beautiful horses, cows and sheeps in our land.
The swimming pool of 17x9 mt is very big and have 3 different heights, after the staircase to enter is 1.70m, the deepest part is on 3m, and the last part with hydromassage is 1.30m and it has its own stair to enter . Around the pool there are a lot of relax places, like a lot of beds under a big sun umbrella or a patio with armchairs and tables. You can eat in front of the swimming pool, or in front of the depandance or in front of patronal house too because there is a big table for 14 people under a patio.

Move from the country house is very easy, a 6km of car you have the center with supermarkets, bank and other market you could need and the Autostrada del Sole, then you can go to a several beautiful and famous places like Orvieto, Chiusi, Cortona , Cetona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena and many others.
