3 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, TV and Sports
We'd love for you to enjoy our almost-perfect family guesthouse! The yard is fenced in to allow for your pup to come along, and there is a sunroom that the kids can play in, with board games and toys. There's a portable crib already set up in one of the bedrooms. You will find plenty of room to spread out and relax. The facilities are basic but comfortable. There is a small TV with streaming capability but no cable, as well as Wi-Fi. Cell phone service is not always the best. We live next door, so you might see our children or their friends running around, or our dogs and chickens wandering nearby, because we love the country life! There is an active grass strip runway behind the house, so you might see a Cessna taking off or landing. The area is rich with outdoor activities--the Lost Sea, tubing/rafting the rivers, Bald River Falls, hiking, etc, and Pigeon Forge is only 1.5 hours away. We are actively improving the property that we purchased 5 years ago after our years in the military, and we have put a lot of work into fixing up this older mobile home to make it comfortable for our friends and guests to enjoy. We have recently replaced the roof, flooring, toilets, fridge, stove, porch, dishwasher, and more, and we are continuing to improve it every chance we get. Feel free to cook a homemade meal for your family and eat it on the back porch. This used to be a working dairy farm, and you can still see the original farmhouse and barn.
