Individual ACs and heating are available in all bedrooms and living areas. There are 4 TVs. The garage has an extra futon, games, DVDs, books, -a table for cards, poker, dominoes, or Monopoly. Also has an evaporative cooler for summer use. Patio lights surround the home for evenings spent beside the fire pit or BBQ. Close to hiking trails and minutes from Bass Lake or Oakhurst, with easy access to Shuteye Peak for off-road fun. Summary: if you don’t want to leave nature and feel in the woods this is the place. We saw a puma and deers just outside in the backyard. The house was spacious with a lot of beds. and if you feel like going to the town it’s only 10mins away. Great experience
