The amazing cute historic cottage comfortably accommodates up to 3 people. Enjoy and relax at this peaceful place to stay. It's 5 minutes away from Mohawk Mountain, a short drive to Quaint, Bucolic towns of Washington and Warren.
Welcome to our historic cottage retreat with an indoor fireplace. It is located in a quiet and charming neighborhood. The cottage features 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette (isn't a full kitchen there, which has no stove) just a toaster oven and dishwasher. In addition, it has free parking space on the premises and an additional studio/gym with workout equipment shared with other guests in the main house. In addition, you'll get to have free access to the peaceful and beautiful lake in the area. You can also conveniently order groceries online via Instacart.
DISCLAIMER: Due to the Summer season, we have a landscaper scheduled to come over to the property weekly. Please expect a visit during your stay. Though they are only going to access the lawn or the outside area of the property.

The home has a garage area where you can park your car or u can park on the gravel lot in front of the main house.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Garage and Gym/Game room are shared with guests from the Guest Main/Big House.

The property features a separate gym house with basic gym equipment a treadmill, a Peloton bike, a yoga mat, and other weights equipment. In addition, there is a ping-pong table, foosball table, soccer balls for playing games, a window type A/C, and a TV for entertainment.
• OTHER AMENITIES •
The home comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, games, free high-speed WIFI, a centralized AC & heating, iron and iron board, hairdryer, basic fitness equipment, a Peloton bike, treadmill, and smart TVs for your streaming apps.
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire main house. IMPORTANT NOTE: there is a separate 4 beds/3 baths Main House on the compound that is also available to rent. Please inquire if want additional details.
You will have access to the gym/game room and garage but both of those buildings are shared with the Guest at the Main House.

Please make sure that you go through the house rules prior to booking.
•PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $100 per pet with a combined pet weight limit of 30lbs and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
•CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
•CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
•SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
•UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
• PRE-CHECK IN FORM: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

- Floor Plan: Please be reminded that the furnishing in the floor plan is not an exact representation of the interiors of the home.
- Visits and Unit Access: We will always notify in advanced should there be a need to access the unit and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there are fire or life-threatening situations in the building.
