This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath offers a cozy, fully stocked home w/hotel quality beds/bedding, flat screens & Roku TV's in every room, spacious primary suit, inviting dining, kitchen & open concept living room. The ideal backyard w/2 patios, grill, & plenty of grass space to host a small gathering. Home is pet friendly. Walkable to trendy Heights amenities including local bars, eateries, coffee shops, hike & bike trails & more!
There is plenty of street parking at the property. Please make sure to be respectful of our neighbors though and only park in front of our house. Our neighbor has his own gravel parking spot he appreciates no one else parks in. Thank you for being courteous!
We are available though the Airbnb app anytime you need us. We understand guests want to be responded to quickly if you need anything but also want to be left alone on vacation. Happy to provide our cell information upon request.
Welcome to the Heights! This property is centrally located, in walking distance to bars, restaurants, local eateries, coffee shops & more! New Magnolia Brewing Company is directly across the street, McIntyre's, Heights Bier Garten, The Burger Joint & Rainbow Lodge all in walking distance just to name a few hotspots in the immediate area :) Tons of local yoga and workout studios close by. TC Jester park minutes away (including dog park). White Oak Bayou hike & bike trail in walking distance. Trail will take you all the way downtown! 15 minutes from Minute Maid, Downtown Houston, Medical Center, City Center, NRG Stadium & George R Brown Convention Center. Minutes from all major freeways.
The entire property is yours! Please feel free to drive through the back alley and park in the garage. Additional parking is outside in front of the home.
Thank you so much for considering staying at our home away from home! We made our Heights cottage extra special so you feel welcome and comfortable while you stay. Our property is FULLY stocked with everything you can imagine from cooking your own meals, enjoying those homemade cocktails and gathering with family and friends. We decorated the home very boho chic and made sure all of our beds have the finest hotel mattresses and plush bedding for max comfort. Every room includes a flat screen TV with Roku. Enjoy the outdoor patio and seating areas with friends. We added string lights just to give the space that special touch :) Breweries, bars, restaurants, lounges, coffee shops and workout studios are all within walking distance of the house. Enjoy the White Oak Bayou Trail which takes you all the way downtown. Get to the Museum District, Downtown, Med Center, The Galleria and Memorial City all within 15 minutes of each other. NRG Stadium and Minute Maid are within 15-20 minutes as well.
Parking is fairly easy pretty much everywhere you go in Houston, especially in the Heights. If you're staying in the neighborhood, you can walk most places, bike or Uber. Uber is very convenient for getting around the city if you don't have a car.
