Charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with a gorgeous pool, in perfect Amagansett location. What makes this place special is the lush landscaping on 1.6 acres and its 50 yard setback from the road creating lots of privacy but within walking distance of everything. Just east of town, about 5 doors down from Vicki's farmstand. The nearest ocean beach is .3 miles away at Mako Lane. Atlantic Ave Beach is .9 miles away. The IGA grocery store is .6 miles away, the train is .9 miles away, and town/jitney is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride just 1.5 miles away.
The house itself is 1600 square feet but has a spacious layout with master suite and guest rooms at opposite end of the house. There are two separate living areas (main living room and enclosed sunroom), three porches, plus a teak dining set around the pool.
