Old stable, entirely renovated in keeping with the architecture of Tours, in tufa stone. It is composed on the ground floor of a large living room, equipped with a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. The living room includes a convertible sofa, two armchairs and a TV with DVD player. The bathroom is fitted with a corner shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. The toilets are independent. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each furnished with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. Internet is available via a free WIFI network.
