Travel to Innyvale holiday village & discover this charming, cosy cottage . It makes a welcome retreat from busy schedules & modern life. Situated in a perfect location a few minutes from Davidstow moors with Crowdy reservoir & roughtor & just a few miles from Boscastle Tintagel and the North coast.
As a self-catering property you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer & microwave.
& is a perfect place to relax , theres a television and internet access.
There is a onsite tennis court. & a picnic area by a lake which is just behind the property .For wildlife there are otters in the river inny that is to the side of the cottage, you may be lucky enough to see them and occasional kingfishers . Great for butterflies and dragon flies .Very little light pollution so wonderful for star glazing.
There's 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In bedroom 1, you will find a king size bed.
bedroom 2 contains a double bed.
There is one bathroom.
The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with shower
Parking next to Lowena on drive for 2 vehicles.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed. But you can smoke out on the patio area.
- There are on-site parking facilities available to the side of the property for two cars. Extra parking available but must be booked.
- Pets are allowed at the property. .But any pets should not be left alone in the property at any time and should not be allowed in the beds unless you use your own bedding ,or on the furniture unlesscovers are used. There is a small charge for pets made at property via a charity box for the RSPCA and local cats and dogs home, they do need your help so please put a donation in say £10 per pet. There are buses at the end of the lane if you like to travel by bus.
