This large, beautifully decorated second floor duplex/condo has four bedrooms and two baths. The unit is a short walk (2.5 blocks) to the beach wide Ocean City beaches. Sunrises and
sunsets can be enjoyed from the large front porch with views of the
wetlands.
Just a short walk to playgrounds, tennis courts, supermarket (Acme) and restaurants. Only a short drive to the boardwalk and downtown activivites.
The spacious living room with ceiling fan and comfortable furniture
for relaxing and enjoying the large TV above the gas fireplace. The
dining room comfortably seats ten with three additional seats at the
Kitchen Island. Just off the living room is a large front porch with
chairs for relaxing.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, TV/Cable/DVD

Summary: This house is in a great location, with Wawa, Acme, bike rentals, tennis, basketball courts, ice cream cones, and a 5 and 10 within walking distance. The beach is a few blocks away, but the walk is not all that bad. There are many fine restaurants a short drive away. The house was very clean when we arrived and the property looked to be well maintained. I would recommend it to anyone.
