Walk everywhere...2 minute walk to the edge of Old Town Scottsdale and dozens of restaurants, bars, shops and galleries right at your fingertips. A 5 minute walk to 5th Ave. The Valley Ho Hotel is a block away and the perfect place for a night cap or patio dining and the Spa Services are also great. Walk to the Scottsdale Baseball Stadium, Upscale Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Scottsdale Waterfront, and Southbridge. One block to the Scottsdale Canal Path, perfect for running, walking, and biking. Alternatively, hop on the free year-round Scottsdale Trolley which travels throughout Old Town Scottsdale and the Civic Center. A very comfortable XL Twin roll away may be placed in the oversized guest bedroom or adjacent to the private laundry area. Laundry room has a front loading washer, dryer and clothes steamer.
