Bedrooms
All bedrooms have a very comfortable 12" medium-firm memory foam mattress, several pillows to choose from for comfort, custom side tables, touch lamps with USB and C ports, a closet, and carpet. All pillows and mattresses have protectors. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, a full-length mirror, and bath robes to enjoy.
Bathrooms
The ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a tub, both with elongated toilets and handheld shower heads. The bathrooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage.
Kitchen
The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the necessities, a Keurig coffee maker with a startup supply of coffee and tea is provided, appliances, utensils, tools, a standard-size fridge and freezer, and a couple of counter stools for extra seating.
Living and Dining
A medium to large dining table with 6 chairs is located right off the kitchen and a working desk with a lamp. In the living space, a comfortable couch and chair, a large 55-inch Smart TV with the Roku app, free channels (no local channels), and Netflix are also included for your enjoyment.
The living space overlooks the very spacious backyard.
Backyard
You can enjoy some sun, and breeze in the backyard, we have several areas to hang out. There are two large chairs with a footstool and side table on the concrete patio, a picnic table, a small gazebo with a Weber charcoal grill, and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for late-night chats with family and friends.
Laundry
A full-size washer and dryer, a drying rack, and other essentials are found in the garage.
Garage
This space houses our large pool table, cues, board games, and puzzles. There’s also a hightop bar-like table to hold your drinks while playing and socializing. We have beach/picnic chairs and a large cooler.
The air conditioner uses a UV light directly connected to the filter. We also have an air purifier.
Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are close to shopping, food, and entertainment. There's so much to enjoy!
