As the aerial photos show this Rye Ocean Mist updated contemporary Cape is very short stroll to beautiful Wallis Sands State Beach. On the first floor there is a spacious cathedral ceiling living room with new slip covered Pottery Barn style furniture, fully applianced kitchen with breakfast bar open to a large dining area, half bath and laundry area. There are three generously sized bedrooms on the second floor. The master has its own en-suite bath, with a Maine Woodworks queen bed; the second bedroom has a Maine Woodwork queen bed; and the third bedroom is furnished with two Pottery Barn bunk beds. There is also an additional full bath on this floor. Rear of the home a features a large sun porch to enjoy after a fabulous day at the beach. There is also a deck with a gas grill. The home has central air and an oversized one car garage. Additional parking for three cars.
