This South Boulder Home is located on a quiet residential street in South West Boulder. Enjoy 2 floors with a private lower level apartment. The house is 2000 square feet. Newly remodeled on both floors with great comforts added through out the house. Our City of Boulder rental license only allows parties of 2 unrelated occupants. If part of your group is related we can accommodate up to 6. For additional clarification on the policy please email me with questions.
This great space is available for short term rentals. Inquire about date availability. Rates vary seasonally, check the calendar. One bedroom and bathroom on the upper level and a 2 bedroom apartment on the lower level. The house is newly remodeled. Enjoy 2000 square feet with an outdoor deck and grill
Upper Level-
Great Kitchen with beautiful counter tops and cabinets. In-island Cooktop stove, contemporary dinning room table, and stylish couch and chairs.
Bedroom has a king size TemPurpedic bed with a high thread count bedsheets.
In ceiling speakers throughout the upper level. High Definition tv with streaming Netflix and Amazon. Wifi is also available.
LOWER LEVEL-
Living Room- Expansive living area with a large, comfortable sofa, plush faux fur blankets, and incredible entertainment center featuring a Large Screen HD TV with full Dolby surround sound and Blue Ray player. Streaming Netflix and Amazon, as well as wifi are available free of charge. There are complementary martini and candy ‘bars' as well as numerous thoughtful touches throughout.
Bedrooms- 2 beautiful bedrooms boasting the most comfortable beds in Boulder: queen mattresses fitted with designer 400+ thread count sheets, top of the line European featherbeds, and designer-selected furnishings.
Bathroom- 1 full bath, clean and modern with brand new toilet and linens. Hair dryer, q-tips, soap and lotion provided.
Kitchen- Brand new kitchen includes 2 burner induction cook top, Microwave, counter top oven, full size refrigerator, blender and spices. All cabinets are soft close. Well stocked with brand new dishes, cups and wine glasses. Washer/dryer with laundry soap is located right off the kitchen, all complementary with stay.
Guests will have full access to the house which includes access to washer and dryer and outside deck with grill
We love to interact with each guest, but give them the privacy they need to make it a good stay
Quiet South Boulder neighborhood. The home has close access to the most extensive mountain hiking trail systems in Boulder County. Hike the trails to Eldorado Canyon, the Flatirons, Boulder creek, or to the historic Chautauqua Park, all virtually out the front door from the home, and drink and dine downtown, just 10 minutes away!
Take the Skip bus which is a 5 minute walk to get directly to downtown and connects to the Boulder Bus system.
It's a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and numerous South Boulder Restaurant's
Local ski area (Eldora), with both downhill and extensive secluded cross country and skate skiing trail system, is only 45 minutes away and major ski areas, including Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland are a 1 to 1 ½ hour drive. Only 45 minutes from Denver International Airport (DEN) and 1 mile from direct bus line to the airport.
