MARINE ROOM: 2 double beds, 3 single beds, Air Conditioning. independent, bathroom with shower and tub. Enough linen and bath towels.

LARGE LIVING-DINING ROOM for 8 people with air conditioning, completely folding window with exit to the terrace. Equipped with TV screen 60 ", IZZI, Blu ray, NETFLIX, WIFI.
Large terrace with dining area for 6 people and excellent view of the sea, gardens, lake and swimming pools.

KITCHEN:
Dishwasher. Micro. Refri. Grill Electric oven, Nespresso and Dolcce Gusto coffee machines. Fondue. Sandwich maker, blender, cutlery, glasses, crockery, cooking utensils. COCINERA service (additional cost $ 500 x day).

Other things to note
Important to consider that MAYAN ISLAND condominium management will require these payments upon check-in:
- $ 5,000 MXN guarantee deposit in cash, which will be refunded at check out if there were no damages / fines x breach of the regulation
- administrative expenses $ 300
- installation of awnings on the beach $ 300 x each awning (only x the entire stay) + $ 50 (daily) cleaning x each awning. For the 10 people, we must use the two awnings that we have
- $ 50 bracelet x person.
- $ 50 extra parking x day.

To ensure the proper functioning of the facilities, the administration limits to 10 the maximum number of guests (including children, adults, babies, nannies, etc.). In case of exceeding it, it will be subject to a fine of $ 2,000 per person per day.
