Summary: My wife and I spent two weeks at this property and truly enjoyed our time. I think its a fantastic value for money. The location is perfect if you want to explorer Nice and nearby areas. It's steps from the tram and 5 minutes walk from Nice Ville train station, so it's easy to hop on a train if you want to visit another area around French Riviera. The condo is also close to a lot of retail, restaurants, and coffee shops. The condo itself is recently updated with all the latest appliances and immaculate bathroom and shower. It also has a washing machine. Internet is fast. Furniture is very nice and the bed is comfortable. The owner provided us with the directions from the airport and met us at the property. He showed us all how to get in and out of the building and how to use all the appliances. The kitchen is well stocked with various condiments and cookware. The coffee machine had a few pods to get us started in the mornings. There is a market right outside of the building where you can get freshest produce. Jean really provides the 5 STAR service. The only thing is the unit does not have much of a view, but that's expected if you want to stay in an urban area, it was not an issue for us at all. There are plenty of things to see as soon as you walk out the front door. Another thing to keep in mind it's a third floor and no elevator. I would definitely stay here again. One really gets the feel of staying local and experiencing a life of a regular person living in Nice.
