A recent remodel to a beautiful open concept floor plan, you will walk just steps out the back door to Cedar Lake. Hate bugs? Lake Shore Park is 2 blocks up the street and includes a 1-mile walking trail, boat launch with a sand beach and gazebo overlooking the lake. We also have 2 kayaks,2 bicycles, a canoe, fire ring, laundry and a 52-inch television. Everything you will ever need, plus! The security of being in town with all the privacy of your own place and everything is included...no additional amenity charges! Nashua has The Dairy Treat has ice cream and sandwiches with new hours and there is a bar on Main Street and a Dollar General store . Charles City is 10 minutes drive North and has more shopping with a fun “Target” based surplus store, HyVee, Fareway, Theisens and Ace. The Pub on the Cedar restaurant, Salinas Bar(Excellent pizza and Sunday biscuits and gravy). Ionia is a little town to the east with the Hideaway Lounge that the reasonably priced food is raved about. Waverly is 20 minutes South and offers Walmart, HyVee, Goodwill and Trinkets and Togs (consignment shoppers!), Grumpies Roadhouse, Applebees, Sasquatch Jacks along with fast food options.
