Summary: The townhouse was quiet, freshly painted inside, and close proximity to relatives we were visiting. It had the amenities listed in the post. It would have been nice to also have a hair dryer, bedside tables, and a functional eating area, but it sufficed for our needs. Side note: If you choose to make a refundable damage deposit rather than purchasing the insurance, plan to wait a while to get your money back. After checkout, I was told to expect the refund in 2 weeks! When I inquired with the owner, and then VRBO, about whether it could please be refunded sooner, they blamed each other for the delay. I got my full refund 15 days after check out.
