This comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin sits directly on the banks of the Kenai River in Sterling, Alaska. The house features 3 separate bedrooms (sleeps 7). Two of the room have queen beds and the third room has a double bed and a twin mattress bunkbed. Take advantage of a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and in house washer and dryer. Use the kitchen to prepare your meals or barbecue your catch on the grill. There is a campfire pit in the front yard to enjoy a relaxing evening in the great Alaskan sun. You will enjoy private access to 150 feet of bank on the beautiful Kenai River. A deep freezer sits on the deck for guest use. No smoking inside facilities, pets are NOT allowed and NO RV’s or campers, no exceptions. Our cabin is located 20 minutes away from all amenities Soldotna has to offer.

Summary: Very nice stay. It’s a cabin, but very comfortable with excellent views of the river in a quiet location. The cabin was well stocked with everything and more than we expected. Beds are comfortable after long days. The firewood and ax were nice to not have to buy firewood. There was plenty of supplies - paper towels, zip lock bags, spices for making salmon and more. We had small children and the river is very calm in front of the cabin. The fishing was good at one spot to the left of the property (technically in the water to the property just upriver. it’s shallow enough you can see the fish swim by. We left with 168 lbs of salmon.
