Positive: Convenient location.
Negative: They said they had a washing machine. They lied. There wasn't even any where to hook up a washing machine. They said they had a microwave oven. They didn't. The window air conditioning units were small, noisy and ineffective. It was ☀️ summer in Philadelphia. I sweated buckets and couldn't work remotely effectively because the only table was in the kitchen. The kitchen had no air conditioning. None. After 6 days they moved me to a much better apartment about 10 minutes away in an even better location. But they said that would not compensate me for the six days without the washer, without good air conditioning and without some where comfortable to sit and work remotely. This is just unacceptable.
