Summary: Although I knew check-in wasn't until 3 pm, I wasn't feeling well and asked if we could check in early. The lady wanted to charge me $30. Which I declined, since my family and I were regulars whenever we were in the area, but I understand they are there to make money, not to foster lifelong relationships.
