Family Friendly Waterfront Home made for Relaxation!! Located in Bar Harbor, a super quiet cove across the lake from Eufaula, which you could be there to enjoy the marina restaurants and Night Life, in about 15 minutes by boat! Our Tri-level Home has a New Beautiful Open Concept Main Floor (living room, dining, and Kitchen) with loads of light, huge Island that seats 4, Updated Appliances, and 2 sets of French doors that open on to a very large deck that looks onto the lake. Enjoy the amazing sunsets while dining on the deck or by sitting around a fire pit (2) enjoying the evening with loads of seating. There are 2 private bedrooms, huge bunk room (sleeps 8) with a pool table downstairs and 2 more sets of french doors that open onto a covered patio at ground level with a beautiful water front View. 2 full baths and laundry room. A nice slow treed slope to the lake with a beach and manicured yard that include horseshoes and a hammock. Lots of wildlife to enjoy!
