Welcome to “Coffee and Starfish” - our 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom home in Seagrove Beach.
LOCATION:
This brand-new, coastal-inspired residence is at the heart of Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach. Just steps from public beach access and the sugar sand beaches of 30A, the home also has a private pool and is within walking distance to local shops, stores, and dining.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
This impeccably-designed home warmly welcomes 10 guests, and features four large, well-appointed bedrooms.
Just off the main hallway you'll find the first floor king primary bedroom, complete with a private bathroom and walk-in shower.
The second floor primary bedroom is located at the end of the landing, and comes with a king bed, as well as a generously-sized walk-in closet and a private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second floor bunk room hosts four custom-built queen beds, along with plentiful closet and shelf space - each bed comes with its own power outlet and storage nook. Around the corner from the bunk room you'll find the king guest bedroom with board and batten accents. Both the bunk room and king bedroom share the second floor bathroom that offers a large double vanity with storage, as well as a shower/tub combination.
All bedrooms include TVs with access to the home's Youtube TV premium streaming package, as well as any other streaming services you wish to log in throughout your stay.
The home's communal area is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The dining area hosts eight people at the dining table and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The bright and light-filled kitchen comes stocked with brand-new, premium appliances: stainless steel fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a dual coffee maker (k-cup and drip), blender and all the cookware and bakeware you would need. There is plenty of cooking space to create your family meals on the five-burner gas range with a full selection of cutlery and utensils.
The living room provides ample seating and a large smart TV along with a SONOS surround sound speaker system. Just to the side of the living room you'll find the home's wet bar and beverage fridge - a great place to mix evening cocktails after a long day at the beach.
The home's exterior takes advantage of its incredible outdoor space by offering a large, heated private pool. The covered back porch extends the length of the home and offers lounging and dining areas along with an outdoor TV. At the front of the home, you are greeted by the welcoming front porch with lounging chairs and a spacious driveway which comfortably fits a maximum of four vehicles.

In addition to the home's private pool, guests may also enjoy full access to The Village of Sugar Beach's community swimming pool. The Beachwood Villas public beach access is only 3 blocks away. The home's shed is accessible to our guests. Feel free to utilize our beach gear during your stay (beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, cart, sand toys) and return to the shed before you depart.
The property offers access to a level-2 EV charger for your electric vehicle.
