Trade the pool for the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico by heading to one of the nearby beaches (Bradenton Beach, Coquina Beach and Holmes Beach) on Anna Maria Island only a few minutes up the road. If you don’t feel like driving feel free to catch a ride on the complementary “Monkey Bus” which can pick you up right at your doorstep and show you all the wonderful places Anna Maria Island has to offer. The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet but fun neighborhood nestled in among the palm trees. Somewhat removed yet very accessible to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Some of Florida's best restaurants are very close by.
Getting Around:
We are block off a main thoroughfare (Cortez Rd). Bradenton/Sarasota airport (SRQ) is approximately 15 minutes away and Tampa airport (TPA) approximately 50 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
Excellent location just a few minutes to Anna Maria Island. Many awesome restaurants, shops and activities nearby, including boating, fishing, jet skiing, golfing and some of the best seafood you have ever had! Cortez is one of the oldest active fishing villages in Florida! The fishing boats park just up the road making the seafood the freshest you can get!
