A farmers porch greets you as you enter into the living room of this amazing space. An updated granite/stainless kitchen with island seating for 6 fills the large, bright and sunny first floor and opens to a dining area, large family room, and full bath. A wall of windows and sliders overlook the private wooded backyard and provide access to the 24' x 22' composite deck. A second family room with refrigerator, sink, full bath, and bedroom with a queen bed are down the hall from the kitchen and can close off from the main house with a pocket door. This offers a unique extra space for everyone to enjoy or allows privacy for families, guests or kids. On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, a bunk room with one twin and 3 full beds, and a third room with a twin bunk bed. A full bath with shower and tub complete this level. All new flooring, updated baths, an outdoor shower, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, 2 car garage and many more features make this a perfect spot to spend your vacation.
