Situated right in the heart of California easy access to the 99Freeway, this property is a day trip to the Giant Sequoias, lakes, Outlet Mall, golf course. It's a nice place to relax whether the central valley is your destination or if you are headed North or South. We are about the same distance from San Francisco and Los Angeles ( both approximately 4 hours). The studio features a pet friendly and safe atmosphere. With an acre to enjoy there is a pool, spa, horse shoe pit, basketball court, barbecue and fire pits. Inside the cottage there is a kitchen with counters made by husband, Kent, out of old growth heart redwood. The main room has a vaulted ceiling which all began because we have my dad's wagon wheel light that he retrieved from an old burnt down local hot spot bar. There are charging stations for your electronics, a comfortable king sized bed, and smart TV's. WiFi is also included. When traveling we find that a lot of places don't allow pets so that's why we are pet friendly. There is a gated dog run with water fall, fire hydrant, Shade and grass and if your dogs and ours get along ( we have 2 Jack Russell Terriers and 1 small terrier mix) They are welcome to go in "The Big Back Yard" as our dogs refer to it :) I do have a comfortable queen air bed and a single fold up bed if you need.
