Summary: This condo was clean, updated and the size was perfect for the 2 months my husband and I (along with our dog) wintered here. The community is friendly and well maintained. There were no surprises, we felt this property was exactly as it was represented. We did have an issue with the air conditioning but the response from the management company was fast and the issue was rectified In a reasonable amount of time. Two recommendations to change with the unit: 1. The TVs in the bedrooms are too small. 2. The refrigerator needs to be replaced to include one with a water and ice dispenser. The one that is in the condo has an internal water dispenser but it doesn’t work correctly. I would stay here again.
