The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day in the sun or fun the Canal Street Recreation Center is a short walk or golf cart ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.
You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is warmly decorated with a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. This home also offers a casual dining area that seats six. The living room offers comfortable seating, if an evening in is enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV sounds relaxing. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, 2 walk-in closets, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms have a queen size bed and a flat screen T.V. for your guests to feel right at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. This home also offers privacy in the rear with privacy landscaping outside the screened in lanai. The lanai offers comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with friends before heading out to the town squares.
This home comes complete and includes a GAS BBQ grill, GAS GOLF CART & FREE WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also encouraged to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
