Summary:
Make yourself at home! Our 3-bedroom/2-bathroom ranch accommodates up to 12 guests. Centrally located on the west side- less than 5 minutes from dining, shopping, and groceries, and about 10 minutes to the zoo, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and the airport! From the lively city scenes downtown to the nature trails and lakes, our city offers something for everyone! We are family-friendly, and pets are welcome with a fee!
The Space:
Inside the front door is the living room with a sofa, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. Through the living room, an open-concept living space, dining room, and kitchen provide additional space to hang out. In this room, the queen-size sofa bed can accommodate two guests. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essential kitchenware items to prepare meals during your stay. Access to the large deck is through this open-concept living space.
Our home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a stand-up shower, and the other has a shower/tub combination. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second and third bedrooms both have two full beds.
We hope you find time to enjoy our beautiful deck! Patio furniture and a grill are available for use!
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home and yard. Check-in instructions with a lockbox code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in once rental agreement has been signed and check-in information has been received.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood on the west side of Little Rock in Walnut Valley.
Getting Around:
We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well if needed.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
