The space
Our cozy 888 sq ft home features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, full dresser, and closet. The main area boasts a comfortable sleeper sofa and a 4-chair dining set. With the ability to accommodate up to 6 guests, it's perfect for families or groups of friends.
In the warmer months, be sure to check out our backyard, which is fenced on 3 sides (open only at the house corner near the driveway) for added privacy. Inside, we've added recessed, dimmable lighting in the common areas to create a more enjoyable and comfortable experience during your stay.

Summary: Came over from Washington for a family reunion. This house was perfect for us. New updated appliances. Spacious Bathroom, Rooms were close to each other which was perfect for our kids. Very quiet neighborhood. If we come back to Dubuque, I will be looking to rent this location out again.
