There's no washer and dryer in the unit. Zubi laundromat is 10 minute drive from you on 5650 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, 33127. The housemaid can do the laundry or replace bedwear and towels for you (there's an extra cost for that - prices will vary, depending on how much has to be washed and how dirty are the clothes) - please schedule with me at least 24 hours in advance.
- Early check-in for $25, please ask us for availability prior. Early check-in from 11am to 3pm. Before 11am it's a new reservation.
- Late check-out for $25. Please ask us for availability at least 24 hours before check-out. Checkout at 8am, we're very flexible between 8am to 11am, please let us know what do you need. Late checkout from 8am to 2pm. After 2pm it's a new reservation.
- Absolutely no parties - Extra $25/night for each guest over 2
- No more than 2 guests in the unit unless having consulted with us prior (extra $25/night for each one over 2)
- NO smoking inside the unit ($300 fine).

- We welcome any kind of music at a tolerable volume. However, we ask you to please be respectful of our neighbors. This is a quiet neighborhood. No loud music before 8am or after 9pm.
- Guests MUST wash dishes after use, don't leave dishes in the sink overnight
