Approximately 5 houses from beach, this classic & neat cottage features stylish renovations of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower only), outfitted kitchen (stove only) & roomy living room. Linens, 4 beach tags, fast wifi, window ACs (living room & all bedrooms) & propane BBQ grill. ON-STREET PARKING (1 pass provided). 3 day minimum / 25 day max stay. LOCAL ORDINANCE
Seaside Heights ordinance now requires all guests to disclose their names, addresses, phone numbers and birthdates to the host when leasing a property for summer rentals. This information is submitted to the town prior to your arrival. You also must be 25 years old to rent the property and be a part of the guest group staying on site. We do not rent to large groups, parties, prom groups or parents renting for their teen/unqualified children.
NO LARGE GROUPS / NO PARTIES: Undeclared guests, guests not on the reservation, are not allowed on property. All guests need to be part of the original reservation and declared to the town by local ordinance and the owner for security purposes. There is an Over Occupancy Penalty of $500 per person/per night for every undeclared guest that violates the fire code maximum of 3. Guests exceeding occupancy must leave the property immediately.
