Positive: The outside whirlpool on the property was wonderful. The location is great.
Negative: Cleaning needs to be improved at the property. The coffee pot was not cleaned and was quite disgusting. It had to be totally scrubbed out. The cracker comes all over the floor by the chair and sofa and on the end tables which I cleaned up myself. Kleenex on the floor in the bedroom. In addition… The furniture desperately needs replacing in this unit. The cushions on the sofa and the chair are worn out and don’t even cover the pullout sofa. Yes, it is a good price and that is appreciated. However, we expected the unit to at least be clean.
Summary: Wonderful stay with family and a great location and we love the Chula Vista however, the unit itself needs updating and
