4 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Balcony and Bedding

Come experience the relaxing and beautiful lake life at Chill on Watts Bar Lake! Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in a peaceful cove just steps to the lake. The proximity to the lake from the house and the level yard makes getting out on the lake so easy! Just grab some floats and jump in the water. If you are bringing your own boat, there is a boat ramp right across from the house. There is a boat slip at our dock to park your boat.
Rent a boat at Blue Springs Marina - 3 miles from house or Euchee Marina 1 mile from house.
Enjoy making meals with your family and friends in our well stocked kitchen with updated appliances. There is a combination Keurig to use with pods or a coffee pot. There is a gas grill on the deck with propane provided.
There are so many places to relax and enjoy the wildlife, sunrises and all the beauty of the lake. We love having morning coffee on the deck. You can also enjoy any meal at the table that sits 10. If the sun is what you want, then you will love hanging out on the dock all day. Under the deck is a shaded area with plenty of comfortable sitting. At night, hang out by the fire pit. It doesn’t get much better than talking with friends and family around the fire at the lake!
On the main level is a master bedroom with a king bed and attached en suite full bath with tub/shower. There are 2 more bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds. In the lower level there is a bunk bedroom with 3 twin beds and 1 full bed. There is also a full bathroom with a shower. The kids are going to love this room!
The lower level with walkout to the lake is another great place to hang out after being on the lake all day or to spend time with family & friends. Watch a movie, have a ping pong tournament or play board games!
Corn hole and washers available to take outside too!

Summary: The house was better than expected. We had plenty of space for the entire family plus some. We enjoyed the lake view, sitting on the dock, boating, swimming, and paddle boarding. We left relaxed and recharged and have a great memory to look back at and hopefully recreate year after year. We are already planning our next trip! Overall GREAT experience, exceptional host, and a perfect place to relax and enjoy your time.
