Driveway-4 cars- NO PARKING ON GRASS!!
Guest Access:
The home has a lockbox, you will receive code to retrieve key prior to arrival. Entire home and backyard are accessible to guests except for any locked doors or doors marked "DesignedVR Staff only".

Well established, quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours outside 10pm-8am. Loud noise prohibited.

Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

We love to meet and greet our guests as much as possible. However, in the event we cannot meet at the time of check in - we offer self check-in with the use of a smart lock or a door code.

We do ask that all last minute booking (with 2 days of check-in) present an ID to the greeter at time of check in along with the credit card used for booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry of any person wishing to enter the property that are not represented in the booking, have a different name than what appears on the booking, or refuses to present proof of identification. Guests of the booking person cannot enter home before the booking guest without authorization from us. We will check ID of every guest wishing to enter home, especially if the person that did the reservation has not yet arrived at property.**
