Parking Instructions
There is an assigned parking spot in the garage # 160, however is a bit small( they all are) in case you have a larger vehicle & there’s plenty of street parking. There’s a street sweeping on one side of Broadway on Tue between 10 am & 1:00 pm and Th on the other side of the street.You’ll find the parking spot when you enter the garage when you go straight then left and it’s on the right side.The easiest way to park is to drive past the spot and pull right in.You can park anywhere you like on the street or the garage parking spot if don’t want to deal with the garage parking, but if you choose to utilize the parking spot, you enter the garage from 26th or 27th St and turn in the allay.
You DO need the remote control from the apartment as well as the common area key to get in the building from the garage. It’s the same key for the main building gate.
