Positive: The apartment is located on the 4th floor (out of 5) in a new condo on a quiet one-way street, perpendicular to the promenade and the beach/sea. There are few good restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood and there is a dedicated parking lot just few meters from the condo. The flat is clean, with a huge wardrobe/dressing in the bedroom, washing machine. There is no living as such, but a well sized kitchen with 2 extendable armchairs. There is a long and narrow balcony that offers nice views, incl the sea. Well positioned interior AC unit, between bedroom and kitchen, a bit noisy during the night (outside unit is fixed on the bedroom wall, very close to the bed)

Negative: The diameter of the TV set is about 38-40 cm, fixed on a kitchen wall/corner, at 5 m distance to the armchairs-makes a bit difficult to watch TV, except sitting at the kitchen table. However, wifi did not work, claimed also by other tourists, hopefully it will be fixed when the "contract with the present supplier ends." There are other small details that need to be solved, some related to the building itself (not much to do from the owner side) in terms of airborn and impact noise, others to demonstrate a bit more courtesy like we met in other places or countries (incl in Italy) - a bottle of water, salt, sugar or even a small "survival-kit" for the first night, in case of late arrival or whatever reason. Bref, my guess would be a 8 but, in order to encourage and thank the admin of the flat, who communicated a lot via whatsapp weeks before our arrival, offering a lot of good advice and tips for our stay, incl a nice 45 min chat when arrived, decided to upgrade to a 9 and that makes it already "superb".
