Summary: The A/C in the room was damaged and caught on fire while we were sleeping. The alarm went off, and you had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The room that they moved us into was hotter than a sauna. The thermostat was not working; we had only two choices: full heat blast or no heat at all. We turned the heat off, but by the morning was already cold. Simply put, we had a sleepless night and even no apology from the resort
