Positive: There is so much space for everyone you bring! We had plenty of spaces to play games and eat and just hang out, but we also had plenty of space for people to just relax. The price for the rental is also very nice as it is not overpriced. You’re paying for what you get and I really enjoy that
Negative: The water pressure is a little finicky sometimes, but not too big of a deal! Also, the neighbors across the street are really bossy and any time we would hang out on the porch they would be watching us through the window.
Summary: GREAT location and a wonderful place for a quick getaway
